The apartment consists of two bedrooms, each with a 140 cm double bed offering a view of the pine trees and breathtaking sunrises, along with wardrobes and ample storage space. The spacious and bright living room features a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing and enjoying quality time together. A loggia, fully insulated and enclosed with sliding double-glazed windows, provides a beautiful view over the treetops.

The fully equipped and functional kitchen includes a refrigerator, stovetop, grill oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals.

The bathroom features a bathtub, and there is a separate toilet, along with a storage room.

Bed linen, bath towels, and beach towels will be provided upon your arrival.

A large free public parking lot is located right in front of the residence, and cycling paths are easily accessible.
